Glass Blowing has been practiced for hundreds of years and resulted in the creation of many beautiful and functional objects. Since many glass blowers didn't make their products it is impossible to be sure who made many of them. Thus Blown Glass becomes a "catch all" category for items which are obviously handblown, where the make is unknown.
